Strength Building For Chronic Pain

I highly recommend Sue as a Pilates instructor.  For the past 40 years, I have been working out almost daily but have been plagued by chronic lower back and shoulder pain and restriction which hasn't been resolved by working with other trainers.  Fortunately, I discovered Sue and her exceptional Pilates training method. 

Sue is so tuned into the human body that she was immediately able to recognize that I was not using my stabilizer muscles correctly and was compensating with other muscles, creating the chronic issues. Sue is extremely focused on every body part during the session to ensure each move is done correctly.
